Scope of Work:

Recognized as one of the finest buildings of its type in the U.S., Emerald Shapery employs two groups of hexagonal towers.  The towers incorporate a 27-story hotel, a 30-story office, ballrooms, a conference center, and multiple restaurants.

For the air handling system design, each office floor consisted of (1) Brod & McClung, Pace Co. custom air handling unit with plug fan for both space and energy efficiency. Each hotel floor was provided with multiple Brod & McClung, Pace Co. “SCF” custom fan coils lined with acoustical insulation panels for quiet operation.

For several critical supply and exhaust fan systems Brod & McClung, Pace Co. industrial grade DWDI fans and utility sets were provided.
